Nothing is written in stones about me.

As I run this rat race, most day goes by brings in new experience, realizations and revelations. There is so much I like to do in life, experience and enjoy, but there only a set amount of time for each us every day and its numbered. Of this limited time, I love to spend my 1/3 sleeping. The other 1/3 working to make the best of the left over 1/3. This is the ideal case, but reality is far from it. Still Life is Good.

Born and lived in Kerala till 8th standard, followed by high school, college and life till now in NY, to what tomorrow brings, I don’t know today. To make the best of this journey, I have been fortunate to have wonderful friends, family members, and individuals whom I am thankful for, but never thanked. That is my nature but hope to change and be appreciate of the wonderful people in my life.

There are so many things I care about. But do I act up on everything. No. Not at all. Some are quickly forgotten while others are slow to act up on. Experiences evolve, understanding about life changes, especially from experiences. I picked up many interests, skills and a level of understanding that could be considered expect. Some of it was pure self interest while others were part of my education/major. But over time, knowledge dissipated as interest changed and environment changed. I care a great deal about Mother Earth. But, I have been a victim of Consumerism. Lately, I have been working on being a “minimalist”, but hardly making any progress at all.

Internet has taught me most of what I know. There is no limit on what one can learn if they take the time, effort and interest. I am not even sure whom to thank for all the materials out there. There is an old saying that “You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink”. Still, I hope to share few things that I hope might be helpful or interest to you.

Hobbies/Interests/Passion: Some of my childhood hobbies were stamp collection, sport of cricket etc. But I no longer care for them. Photography may still be one of the longest interests, I had, but I don’t engage much in it these days. Traveling is probably my favorite one, but cannot engage in it as often as I like. Boating is another interest no longer engaged in, but still love it. Currently I am very much interested in Wood Working and even started a small business on it, Bliss woodshop inc. Will see how things evolve.

Personality: According to Myers–Briggs personality type I am considered as INTP. Enough said.

Religion: By birth I am an Orthodox Christian. (more coming soon)

Politics: (Don’t get me started on this now)

 

This is a good start and hope to continue adding more in the future.
